These Terms of Service govern the use of the AI-based face simulation and body simulation services (the "Service") provided by DABOMLAB (the "Company") and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the users.
1. By using the Service or logging in via a third-party social provider (e.g., Google), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Upon registration, the Company creates and collects the minimum account data required to operate the Service (email, name, profile picture, unique identifier).
3. Users under the age of 14 may not register without the consent of a legal guardian.
1. The Company provides AI-based virtual face surgery simulation and body simulation features.
2. Users are solely responsible for the copyright and portrait rights of the original photos and generated images.
3. Any abuse of the Service, including unauthorized use of another person's likeness or generating illicit content (e.g., deepfakes, defamation), is strictly prohibited.
4. Generated result images are stored on the server for a maximum of 3 days and are automatically and permanently deleted thereafter.
5. Using or distributing generated images for commercial purposes without prior permission from the Company is prohibited.
1. Some premium features within the Service require the consumption of paid currency ("Hearts").
2. Purchased Hearts do not have an expiration date and are retained permanently.
3. Hearts are consumed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis, starting with the earliest purchase.
4. Users may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
5. However, refunds are not available if any purchased Hearts have been used.
6. Payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
1. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, technology, and trademarks, belong to the Company.
2. Users retain ownership of the original photos they upload.
3. The Company does not use uploaded photos for any purpose other than providing the Service.
1. The images generated by the Service are AI simulations and do not guarantee realistic, medical, or actual surgical outcomes.
2. The Company bears no liability or warranty regarding the factual or medical results of using the Service.
3. The Company is not responsible for any decisions made by users based on the Service's results.
1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, equipment repair, force majeure, or other unavoidable reasons.
2. The Company will notify users at least 30 days in advance before terminating the Service.
3. The Company may restrict or suspend the accounts of users who violate these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The court with jurisdiction over the Company's location shall have jurisdiction over any related disputes.
