These Terms of Service govern the use of the AI-based image transformation services (the "Service") provided by DABOMLAB (the "Company") and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the users.
1. By using the Service or logging in via a third-party social provider, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Upon registration, the Company creates and collects the minimum account data required to operate the Service.
1. The Company provides AI-based image simulation features such as virtual plastic surgery and diet simulations.
2. Users are solely responsible for the copyright and portrait rights of the original photos and generated images.
3. Any abuse of the Service, including unauthorized use of another person's likeness or generating illicit content (e.g., deepfakes, defamation), is strictly prohibited.
1. Some premium features within the Service require the consumption of paid currency ("Hearts").
2. Purchased Hearts may expire if not used within a certain period (1 year) from the date of purchase.
3. Unused Hearts may be refunded within the standard refund period subject to processing fees, in accordance with our refund policy.
1. The images generated by the Service are AI simulations and do not guarantee realistic, medical, or actual surgical outcomes.
2. The Company bears no liability or warranty regarding the factual or medical results of using the Service.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
